By accessing or using the Zapdor security scanning platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Zapdor is a security testing platform that provides automated vulnerability scanning and security assessment tools. The Service is operated by Stable Panther ("Company", "we", "us") based in Indonesia.

3. Authorized Use Only

3.1 Ownership and Authorization Requirements

• You may ONLY scan assets that you own or have explicit written authorization to test
• You must provide proof of ownership or authorization before scanning any target
• You are solely responsible for obtaining proper authorization for all scans
• The Company does not verify or guarantee your authorization to scan targets

3.2 Prohibited Targets

You are strictly prohibited from scanning:

• Assets you do not own or lack authorization to test
• Third-party systems without explicit written permission
• Government or military systems without proper authorization
• Critical infrastructure without appropriate permissions
• Systems in countries where such scanning is illegal

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 Legal Compliance

• You must comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws
• You are responsible for understanding and following cybersecurity laws in your jurisdiction
• You must obtain all necessary permissions and authorizations before scanning
• You are liable for any legal consequences of unauthorized scanning

4.2 Data Protection

• You must comply with data protection laws (GDPR, PDPL, etc.) when processing scan data
• You are responsible for securing and protecting scan results
• You must obtain consent for any personal data processing

5. Company Limitations and Disclaimers

5.1 No Liability for Misuse

• The Company is NOT liable for unauthorized or illegal scans conducted by users
• The Company does not monitor or verify the legality of user scans
• Users are solely responsible for their use of the Service
• The Company disclaims all liability for user misconduct

5.2 Service Availability

• The Service is provided "as is" without warranties
• The Company does not guarantee continuous availability
• The Company may modify or discontinue the Service at any time

6. International Compliance

6.1 Regional Restrictions

• Users from sanctioned countries may be restricted or blocked
• Users must comply with export control laws in their jurisdiction
• The Service may not be available in all countries

6.2 Data Processing

• Scan data may be processed in Indonesia and other countries
• Users consent to international data transfer
• The Company complies with applicable data protection laws

7. Account Suspension and Termination

7.1 Abuse Prevention

• The Company may suspend accounts for suspected abuse
• Suspicious activity will be investigated immediately
• Users must provide proof of authorization when requested

7.2 Termination Rights

• The Company may terminate accounts for Terms violations
• Users may terminate their accounts at any time
• Termination does not relieve users of their legal obligations

8. Intellectual Property

• The Service and its content are protected by intellectual property laws
• Users may not copy, modify, or distribute the Service
• Users retain ownership of their scan data

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your unauthorized use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of applicable laws
• Your scanning of unauthorized targets

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The Company's total liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service
• The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• The Company is not liable for user misconduct or illegal activities

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by Indonesian law
• Disputes will be resolved in Indonesian courts

11.2 International Users

• International users may be subject to additional local laws
• Users are responsible for compliance with their local jurisdiction

12. Refund Policy

12.1 14-Day Refund Policy

• Full Refund Period: You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase
• Refund Eligibility: Refunds are available for the first 14 days of any new subscription
• Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
• Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

12.2 Refund Conditions

• Unused Service: Refunds are available if you have not used the service extensively
• Abuse Prevention: Refunds may be denied if the service was used for unauthorized scanning
• Multiple Refunds: Only one refund per customer per 12-month period
• Partial Refunds: No partial refunds for unused portions of subscription periods

12.3 Refund Process

• Required Information: Account email, subscription date, reason for refund
• Response Time: Refund requests will be reviewed within 48 hours
• Confirmation: You will receive email confirmation when refund is processed

12.4 Non-Refundable Items

• Used Services: Services that have been actively used are not eligible for refund
• Custom Integrations: Enterprise custom integrations are non-refundable
• API Usage: Charges for API usage beyond plan limits are non-refundable
• Third-Party Fees: Any third-party processing fees are non-refundable
